The catering team at Desert Springs is very experienced in meeting the specific needs of guests. Menus can feature traditional Spanish dishes or international cuisine, on a fixed or a la carte basis, together with any special requirements to suit the theme of your event.

El Torrente Restaurant

This is, without challenge, Cuevas del Almanzora's premiere restaurant and is situated at the Golf Club House. With a stunning setting, El Torrente is famous for its fine Spanish dining, including some very special local dishes and fresh fish. It can cater for parties of up to 80 persons in banqueting format or upto 150 for cocktails and tapas or canapés.

The Crocodile Club Restaurant

This is the Resort Centre; it is set on a high point overlooking Desert Springs. It is housed in an enormous open African style long house, built by South African craftsmen of poles and thatched with reed. It can cater for 200 or more depending on the format of the event.

The Cave Bar & Gallery

"La Cueva del Almanzora", an ancient and refurbished cave now has a really cool bar and offers an atmospheric private meeting and dinning room for up to 20 and a romantic party spot for up to 100.

Hi Kristina

I just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you for Friday. The Cave Bar looked absolutely stunning, the food was divine and Ellie was very professional.

Everyone commented that it was a truly lovely evening and all were very impressed with the venue. We are all working out who can book it next for their own special occasion!!.

We would all like to thank both you and your team on all of your hard work. Thank you so much for helping to make my mum's birthday such a memorable occasion and we hope to see you soon.
