They are still constructed to the high standards required of Almanzora Bay Group homes, with double glazing, first quality fittings throughout, an individual roof top solarium and underground parking. Well integrated within the heart of the existing village and less than five minutes walk from the beach, they are very much part of village life. They are perfect as holiday homes.

Solo	One Bed Apartment	The most economic single bedroom solution for those out-all-day-on-the-beach types, who need the minimum of simple, but comfortable, accommodation. There are none available at present, but let us know if this is what you need, we may well be able to help.
Duet	Two Bed Apartment	The equivalent two bed property, neat, efficiently designed accommodation for those who want to keep it simple.
Duo	Two Bed Apartment	A different arrangement of the same efficient no-fuss accommodation, similarly ideal for renting out.
Doble	Two Bed Apartment	A slightly larger version, a bit more expensive, but worth it for that extra space.
Trio	Three Bed Apartment	Sorry, not available at present.
Duplex	Two Bed Townhouse	Ideal for those who prefer to go up stairs to bed! A duplex is a rarity in this range and all the more desirable therefore.
