2010 Lodge Public Rates

The Lodge style of accommodation and facilities offer an unbeatable qualitative difference for your holiday; way over and above anything that a conventional hotel can hope to offer.

The accommodation itself is individually set around the Indiana Desert Golf Course, in an extensive range of large luxury country villas, cottages, colonial townhouses and apartments. This makes for an extremely relaxed and sophisticated feel for your holiday, with accommodation superior too, and more exclusive than, in a conventional hotel. The spacious country villas all have fairway frontage and private pools. The clusters of individual country cottages, the colonial townhouses and apartments are also set around pools and exquisitely landscaped courtyard gardens. The individual style and setting of each element of the accommodation, within this beautiful rock and cactus desert parkland, with its spectacular views and golden light, create a sensation of great luxury, a tremendous feeling of wellbeing and an ambience of supreme serenity.

The Colonial Townhouses & Apartments

The stylish one, two and three bedroom Apartments on ground, first and second floors and attractive two and three bedroom Townhouses on two floors, at Las Sierras and La Fuente del Desierto, overlook a tranquil 'patio andaluz', lined with orange trees, or courtyard gardens of bold tropical colours with swimming and children’s pools.

Accommodation for two, four, or six with elegantly furnished living rooms, one, two or three bedrooms, bathroom, shower room, private sun terrace and roof top solarium, mini bar, safe box, direct dial telephone and TV/Satellite.

The Laredo, Buenaventura & El Paso Country Cottages

Charming two, three and four bedroom cottages, built in the style of the traditional 'Casas del Campo' of the Almanzora Valley. Scattered around the internal gardens and swimming pools of La Rosa del Desierto, Echo Rock, Estrella del Desierto and Oro del Desierto in the heart of the Resort, they sleep four to eight (max).

Beautifully furnished with living areas, cloakroom, two or three bathrooms, sun terraces, mini bar, safebox, direct dial telephone and TV/Satellite.

The Colorado, Arizona & Texas Country Villas

Three and four bedroom luxury accommodation in these large and spacious 'Casa Cortijos', Country Villas, each with its own private pool, terraces, solarium and barbecue, at Sierra Drive, Desert Drive, The Powderhorn, Buenavista and Altavista. All villas enjoy views of the Indiana Golf Course set in a dramatic desert landscape of desert springs, rocks, arroyos and cactus, which border and punctuate the lush green fairways. Elegantly furnished for six or eight people (max) with living room, dining area, cloakroom, two or three bathrooms, some en-suite, sun terraces, spacious verandas, mini bar, safe box, direct dial telephone and TV/Satellite.

The Herencia Country House
